Omnie Solutions (I) Pvt. Ltd designs a “job portal with a difference” Experience4U - a job portal specialized for senior job seekers residing in Switzerland. Various companies in Switzerland are interested in employing experienced professionals, either on permanent basis or on contract basis and look forward to benefit from their long experience and specific skills. However, there was a no system to record and keep track of the pool of experienced professionals with desired skill set. Also, professionals with sufficient job experience did not have a platform to view for “preferred” jobs suiting their skill set and interest.

Experience4U provides both the prospective employees as well as employers a portal to grow synergies. The audience is typically above approx. 50 years of age with sufficient job experience. This portal allows creation of multiple profiles for users with multiple skill sets.

Registered companies have access to publish multiple specific jobs suitable for desired age group with time bound listing of job advertisements. Member job seekers can also search for jobs using either a quick search where they can enter some optional search key words, or by using a list of categories. Also visitors have access to jobs or candidates search, however they get to see the results in a summarized form.

The website is developed to support 2 languages catering the demographics in the region i.e. English and German. Omnie chose to develop the portal using .Net 4.0 and SQL Server 2008.
