Reports to: General Manager Desired Qualities of the Digital Marketing Manager The ideal candidate should have specialist knowledge of the digital arena. He/ She should be highly up-to-date with advances in web technology and should know all about social networking and viral marketing campaigns. He/ She will need to know how to use technical language effectively, using all the appropriate internet jargon, and should know what makes a product innovative in the digital world. He/ She will also need to know how to communicate the key features of a digital product to customers and colleagues who are not as technically literate as they are. Responsibilities Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns Design, build and maintain our social media presence Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners Evaluate emerging technologies.
