Analysis
Understanding the full requirements of the client.
The system developers then study the details and based on that determine the best approach to proceed further.

Scheduling
Based on the need analysis, the project scheduling with timeline and cost involved is worked out.

Requirements
The complete content and other relevant information that is required to be put in the system is taken from the client in the soft format.

Systems Design
Once the project is confirmed, its entire scope and relevance is documented.
Flow documentation is prepared.
A demo design of the system is prepared upon the approval of flow of the system.
The field structures are designed and documented.
The database design and structure is developed.
The code documentation outline is prepared.
The client approves the structure before the actual development begins.

Development
The entire coding and development of the project/system in terms of design, structuring and programming is taken up in this phase.

Integration, Hosting and Testing
Upon completion of the development process, the complete system is hosted on our server for testing and bug fixing.

Deployment
The system is remotely installed on the client's server.
Complete hosting and setting up of the software/s is taken care of at this stage to enable smooth running of the system.

Deliverables
The complete documentation in terms of flow design, database design and structure, code documentation, user manual is delivered to the client.

Training
Once the system is set up and installed on the server, a proper training on the system's working and usage is provided to the client.

Maintenance and Support
Ongoing maintenance and support is provided post implementation.
Any issue that crops up is cleared quickly. Modifications and updates are provided as and when required.
